Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Sort, label, and store inventory in designated warehouse areas.
- Pick materials for production or shipment orders.
- Transport goods throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling role is preferred.
- Ability to perform regular heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Proficiency in using pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependability and punctuality.
