Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and safety-minded Forklift Operators to join our distribution center in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This is a critical role within our Logistics operations, responsible for the efficient and safe movement of materials throughout the warehouse. As a Forklift Operator, you will operate forklifts to transport, stack, and retrieve inventory, load and unload trucks, and assist with general warehouse duties. Primary duties include:
  • Operating various types of forklifts (e.g., sit-down, stand-up) to move, stack, and retrieve materials.
  • Loading and unloading inbound and outbound shipments efficiently and accurately.
  • Conducting pre-operational checks on forklifts to ensure Safety and proper working condition.
  • Organizing and staging inventory within designated warehouse areas and racking systems.
  • Assisting with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock rotation.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
  • Strictly adhering to all company Safety policies and procedures.
  • Wearing all required PPE , including safety footwear, vests, and any other site-specific gear.
  • Performing tasks that may involve manual Lifting of items up to 50 lbs in addition to forklift operations.
Candidates must hold a valid forklift operator certification and possess at least one year of relevant experience. A strong understanding of warehouse procedures and Logistics principles is required.
