We are hiring a motivated Fulfillment Associate for our Sacramento, California location. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer orders from receipt to shipment. Your duties will include picking items from inventory, packing them securely, labeling packages, and preparing them for dispatch. This position is integral to our **Logistics** operations and requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and must uphold high standards of productivity and quality. Adherence to **Safety** protocols and the correct use of **PPE** are mandatory. We seek individuals who are energetic, reliable, and possess the physical capability for tasks such as **Lifting** and moving items. While previous fulfillment or warehouse experience is preferred, we are eager to train enthusiastic candidates ready to contribute. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify incoming inventory.
- Pick customer orders accurately using order sheets or scanning devices.
- Pack items carefully to prevent damage during transit.
- Apply correct shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Follow all **Safety** procedures and wear required **PPE**.
- Contribute to the efficiency of warehouse **Logistics**.
- Perform **Lifting** of boxes and items, often up to 50 lbs.
- Participate in inventory counts as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
- Capability for **Lifting** and carrying items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong commitment to workplace **Safety**.
- Familiarity with warehouse **Logistics** is beneficial.
- Experience with **PPE** required.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Dependability and a positive attitude.
