Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Coordinator for our Seattle, Washington location. This pivotal role oversees the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to Safety standards. You will manage inventory, coordinate staff, optimize workflows, and maintain relationships with suppliers and carriers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining a secure and productive work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to take on a key role in our supply chain operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
  • Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accuracy.
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff, fostering a team-oriented environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all Safety regulations and company policies, including PPE requirements.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners, carriers, and vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization.
  • Maintain records and generate reports on warehouse performance.
  • Handle employee relations and performance management for the warehouse team.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar logistics role.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in managing physical inventory and significant Lifting (up to 50 lbs regularly).
  • Knowledge of Safety best practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to fostering a culture of workplace Safety and promoting the use of PPE.
