Job Summary:
We have an immediate opening for a Material Handler to join our busy warehouse in Denver, Colorado. This role is crucial for the seamless flow of materials and products within our logistics operations. You will be responsible for a variety of hands-on tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment. A strong emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and, most importantly, safety is expected. You will work closely with a dedicated team to ensure all materials are handled correctly and that warehouse operations meet their demanding targets. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to task management. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, possess a strong work ethic, and are committed to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Previous experience in a material handling or warehouse role is preferred, but we offer comprehensive training.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials.
  • Organize and stock materials in designated warehouse locations.
  • Accurately pick orders based on pick lists or system requests.
  • Prepare items for shipment, ensuring correct packaging and labeling.
  • Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, adhering to all safety standards.
  • Participate in inventory counts and other inventory control activities.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and logistics guidelines.
  • Ensure proper use and care of all required PPE.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have experience in warehouse environments, preferably with material handling responsibilities. Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds is essential, along with the capacity to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods. Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and the mandatory use of PPE is required. Good organizational skills and attention to detail are critical for maintaining inventory accuracy. Strong communication and teamwork skills are necessary. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. This role is fundamental to our logistics chain and requires a dedicated individual committed to safety.
