We are looking for an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our Logistics team in San Antonio, Texas. This critical role focuses on maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. You will be responsible for managing stock levels, conducting regular audits, and implementing strategies to minimize discrepancies. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of inventory management systems and best practices. Key duties include performing cycle counts, reconciling inventory records, investigating stock discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions. You will also be involved in receiving and put-away processes, ensuring items are correctly located and recorded. Working with various departments to improve inventory accuracy is essential. We require adherence to all Safety protocols and the use of necessary PPE. While this role is less physically demanding than some others, some Lifting of items up to 25 lbs may be required. A keen focus on Safety and accuracy within our Logistics operations is paramount. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute significantly to the efficiency and profitability of our supply chain.
