Forklift Operator

We are hiring an experienced Forklift Operator in San Francisco, California! This position is vital to our warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient movement of goods and materials. You will operate forklifts and other heavy machinery to transport, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. A strong understanding of warehouse Safety procedures is mandatory. This role requires precision, agility, and a commitment to maintaining a secure work environment. As a Forklift Operator, you will contribute directly to the smooth functioning of our Logistics chain. • Safely operate various types of forklifts to move, load, and unload materials.
• Transport products to and from storage areas, production areas, or loading docks.
• Perform pre-operation inspections of forklifts and other equipment to ensure Safety and functionality.
• Assist in receiving and shipping operations as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements.
• Adhere to all Safety regulations and company policies, including proper use of PPE.
• Participate in regular Safety training and drills.
• Perform minor maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Ensure the warehouse remains clean and organized, paying close attention to traffic patterns and potential hazards.
• Follow all guidelines regarding the safe handling and stacking of goods, including appropriate Lifting techniques.
• Support overall Logistics operations.

• Valid Forklift Operator certification and a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a Forklift Operator in a warehouse or Logistics environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Safety regulations and best practices for operating heavy machinery.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including occasional Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities.
• Commitment to maintaining a high standard of Safety at all times.
• Must wear required PPE.
