Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory based on order tickets.
- Inspect items for damage before packing.
- Package items securely and efficiently for shipment, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information.
- Stage packed orders for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and overall warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company **safety** policies and procedures, including the correct use of **PPE**.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Support overall **logistics** flow by ensuring timely order processing.
- Perform other duties as assigned, involving regular **lifting**.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Ability to read and understand order tickets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Capacity for frequent **lifting** up to 40 lbs.
- Commitment to maintaining a **safety**-conscious workplace.
- Proficiency in using **PPE**.
- Basic understanding of **logistics** and warehouse workflows.
