Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from inventory.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity.
- Process shipments using shipping software and equipment.
- Conduct quality checks on all outgoing orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and fulfillment area.
- Strictly follow all company **safety** policies and **PPE** guidelines.
- Contribute to the seamless flow of **logistics** within the fulfillment center.
- Perform **lifting** and moving of packages as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in order fulfillment or a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
- Physical ability to perform tasks including standing for long periods and **lifting** up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Understanding of **PPE** and adherence to **safety** regulations.
- Knowledge of **logistics** and fulfillment operations is a plus.
