This position requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities:
- Process and prepare all outgoing shipments.
- Generate accurate shipping labels and documentation.
- Schedule pickups with shipping carriers.

- Ensure compliance with all **logistics** and shipping regulations.
- Adhere to all warehouse **safety** procedures and wear required **PPE**.
- Assist in receiving operations as needed, which may involve **lifting** lighter packages.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Contribute to a culture of accuracy and **safety**.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree a plus.
- Previous experience as a Shipping Clerk or in a related administrative role.
- Proficiency in shipping software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of **PPE** and warehouse **safety** standards.
- Familiarity with **logistics** and shipping processes.
- Ability to perform occasional **lifting** of packages up to 30 lbs.
