À propos

Who are we looking for? Following the continued success and growth of Bridewell’s commercial team, we are creating a new Sales Administrator role to provide vital support to our sales team, particularly on larger and more complex customer accounts and prospects.
This role will focus on sales administration, reporting support, and cross-team coordination, helping ensure that commercial activity runs smoothly and that key information is accurate, complete, and available when needed. You’ll work closely with Sales, Finance, Delivery, and the Salesforce Administrator to support day-to-day commercial operations.
As this is a new role, we’re looking for someone who enjoys bringing order, consistency, and momentum, and who is keen to put their own stamp on the role as it evolves over time alongside the team.
Responsibilities 1. Sales Team & Account Support Provide administrative and operational support to sales team members, including:
Supporting invoicing by ensuring required sales and delivery information is complete and working with Finance to resolve any issues that may delay billing.
Assisting with QA and compliance checks on sales-related documentation and data
Collecting and preparing commercial and financial information for customer monthly or quarterly review meetings
Working with finance to obtain relevant financial information (i.e. timesheet analysis) and delivery data where customer-specific reporting is required
Representing the sales team at weekly internal resourcing and delivery update calls – where necessary reaching out to team members for individual opportunity and project status updates.
Helping ensure customer records and supporting information are complete and up to date
2. Salesforce Support & Data Quality Support effective use of Salesforce across the sales team, without owning system administration, by:
Running reports and list views to identify missing, incomplete, or outdated information
Proactively liaising with sales colleagues to update opportunities, contacts, and account records where required
Acting as a point of coordination between Sales and the Salesforce Administrator where issues or improvements are identified
3. Reporting & Commercial Administration
Assist with regular sales and account reporting, ensuring data is accurate and presented clearly
Support the preparation of internal reporting packs for leadership meetings
Help track renewals, contract milestones, and customer-specific reporting requirements
Maintain organised records of commercial documentation, reports, and templates
Assisting with the administration of quarterly sales commissions, working closely with Finance and the Sales team
4. Coordination & Ways of Working
Act as a bridge between Sales, Finance, and Delivery, helping information flow smoothly
Support scheduling and coordination of internal and customer meetings where required
Help document and improve sales administration processes as the role matures
Contribute ideas on how tools, templates, or workflows could be improved over time
What we’re looking for You’ll have experience of:
Experience in a sales administration, commercial support, or operations support role
Comfortable working with sales data and reports (Salesforce or similar CRM experience preferred)
Strong attention to detail and a structured, organised approach to work
Confident communicator, able to politely chase and follow up with colleagues
Good working knowledge of Excel (filters, basic formulas, pivots helpful)
Required/Desirable
Experience in professional services, technology, or cyber security environments
Exposure to invoicing, renewals, or finance-related processes
Experience supporting senior stakeholders or account teams
Behaviours and Competencies
Supportive and reliable
– takes pride in helping others succeed
Organised and proactive
– spots gaps and follows them through
Detail-focused
– values accuracy and consistency
Adaptable
– comfortable working in a role that will evolve over time
Ownership mindset
– enjoys improving how things are done, not just following a checklist
