About the Workflow Optimization Team We are seeking a Manager of Workflow Optimization to optimize end-to-end workflows across our CXO (Customer Experience and Operations) function. This pivotal role is instrumental in driving transformative change, enhancing operational efficiency, elevating customer satisfaction, and delivering measurable business outcomes in one or more key business areas
About the Manager, Workflow Optimization Role As a Manager of Workflow Optimization, you will be a strategic architect and influencer, identifying, prioritizing, and implementing business transformation initiatives within your domain (i.e. area of focus Your primary goal will be on driving holistic improvements that span upstream and downstream processes, creating a seamless and efficient workflow ecosystem
