The Opportunity
We're looking for a senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to lead and support CRM and/or ERP engagements across the full delivery lifecycle—discovery, solution design, configuration, integration, data migration, testing, training, and post-go-live optimization. You'll operate in a client-facing environment and be expected to bring structure, clarity, and strong communication to complex stakeholder groups.
This is a remote contract role, but you must be able to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Lead Dynamics 365 delivery across CRM and/or ERP workstreams (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance/Operations, Business Central—depending on project needs).
- Run discovery and requirements workshops to map current-state processes, pain points, and desired future-state outcomes.
- Design scalable solutions using Dynamics 365 best practices, including security model, data model, workflows, and automation.
- Configure and optimize Dynamics 365 (entities/tables, forms, views, business rules, flows, dashboards, reporting).
- Own client communication and delivery rhythm : status updates, RAID logs, sprint planning (where applicable), and stakeholder alignment.
- Support integrations and data migration , partnering with technical resources to define approach, validate mappings, and ensure quality.
- Drive testing and adoption : UAT planning, test scripts, training materials, enablement sessions, and hypercare support.
- Improve reporting and operational visibility by building dashboards/KPIs and helping clients establish ongoing governance.
- Contribute to PM61 delivery standards (templates, playbooks, documentation quality, and repeatable implementation patterns).

Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years hands-on experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and/or ERP solutions (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Finance & Operations, Business Central).
- Proven experience with implementation and post-go-live support in real business environments.
- Strong understanding of business processes in one or more areas: sales, customer service, finance, operations, supply chain .
- Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications , user stories, and solution designs.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort working through ambiguous requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication—able to present to both executives and end users.
- Experience working in a consulting or client-facing role.
- Must be able to work PST business hours (remote).
Nice to Have (Assets)
- Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) experience.
- Azure experience (integration patterns, identity, data services).
- Experience with third-party integrations (iPaaS, APIs, middleware) and data migration tools.
- Consulting background (multiple clients, stakeholder management, delivery governance).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery models.
- Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure) are a plus.
