Duties

• Assist clients in understanding various financial products and services.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Perform cash handling duties, including processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Manage cash management tasks to ensure proper handling of funds.
• Engage in upselling opportunities to promote additional services that meet client needs.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends and changes in financial regulations to provide accurate advice.

Qualifications

• Strong mathematical skills to perform calculations accurately.
• Experience in cashiering or cash handling is preferred.
• Background in sales or financial services is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information in an understandable manner.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
