Broadridge is Growing We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to represent SIS, a key stakeholder in the strategic replacement of our Corporate Actions application. While the overall program is being led by a Product Manager at Broadridge, this role will serve as SIS's primary delivery lead—managing select workstreams, overseeing other project managers, and ensuring SIS's interests are effectively communicated and integrated. The Senior PM will work closely with Broadridge's program leadership, acting both as a client stakeholder and a delivery partner to ensure alignment, transparency, and successful execution across all phases of the initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of select high-impact projects within the Corporate Actions replacement program.
- Oversee and mentor a team of project managers , ensuring project plans, risks, and deliverables are well-managed and aligned with program goals.
- Engage and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior executives, business leads, technology teams, and external vendors.
- Develop and maintain program-level reporting , dashboards, and executive updates to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Ensure adherence to governance standards , project methodologies, and compliance requirements.
- Identify and resolve cross-project dependencies, risks, and issues to maintain momentum and delivery integrity.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or program-level role.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder technology initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities with experience managing other project managers.
- Experience in financial services or with Corporate Actions systems is highly desirable.
- PMP and PMI-ACP or Certified ScrumMaster preferred
