About the Opportunity

This is a senior, hands-on project delivery role. As a Project Manager, you are accountable for the successful execution of individual projects from start to finish.

  • You are responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience, with projects completed on time and on budget.
  • You lead projects end-to-end, from early planning and design coordination through construction and closeout.
  • You act as the primary day-to-day client point of contact and are accountable for schedule, budget, quality, and overall project outcomes.
  • You work closely with Designers, Site Supervisors, consultants, and trade partners to ensure seamless coordination and execution.
About the Deliverables
  • Deliver a consistently strong client experience through disciplined execution on schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Lead pre-construction activities, including feasibility, budgeting, estimating, tendering, and schedule development, in close coordination with the design team.
  • During construction, partner with the Site Supervisor to ensure tight project administration, proactive issue resolution, and clear client communication.
  • Manage change effectively by evaluating scope, schedule, budget, and quality impacts, securing approvals, and documenting decisions.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination between clients, internal teams, consultants, and trades, ensuring timely decisions and clear documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships that support repeat work and long-term partnerships.
  • Manage project profitability by actively tracking costs, fees, forecasts, and risks, taking corrective action as required to protect margin while delivering client value,
About You

Our ideal candidate brings:

  • 10 years of experience in commercial interiors project management, with a strong background in construction management.
  • A degree in engineering, design, construction management, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong experience managing project budgets and cost reporting.
  • Proficiency with Procore or an equivalent construction management platform.
  • Proven success in client-facing roles, with strong communication and interpersonal skills that helps drive new business.
