Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Regina for a Human Resources Consultant. The Human Resources Consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with HR policies, maintaining positive employee relations, and advising on labor and employment laws. Responsibilities also include providing guidance to management and staff, addressing workplace issues, and contributing to the development of organizational policies and strategies in alignment with the agency's values.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR), including HR Management and HR Policies
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance and provide guidance
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage conflict effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality
- Experience in a healthcare or nonprofit organization is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is an asset
