Location: 34 Cedar Pointe Dr, Unit 514, Barrie, ON
Pay: $19.50–$23.00/hour, depending on experience
Job Type: Part time | In-person
Contract: Maternity Leave Coverage (with potential for extension)

BVI Sugaring is a well-established beauty and wellness studio offering sugaring hair removal, laser hair removal, skincare treatments and body-contouring services. We deliver a warm, welcoming environment combined with professional excellence and elevated client experience.

Role Summary

As our Daily Operations Manager you will:

• Oversee daily studio operations: scheduling, room flow, staff coordination, inventory, cleanliness and client experience
• Ensure treatment rooms (sugaring, laser, skincare) are prepared, professional and run smoothly
• Support retail sales, memberships, upsells and revenue targets
• Manage the front-desk experience, client communications and overall studio atmosphere
• Promote a culture of high standards, professionalism and premium service

What We're Looking For (Must-haves)

• Minimum age: 20 years or older
• At least 1 year experience in beauty, wellness, spa, hospitality or customer service
• Professional presentation and polished communication skills
• Comfortable working in a mixed-gender and teen-client environment (men, women, teens)
• Excellent organisational skills, calm under pressure, strong follow-through
• Able to work Saturdays regularly
• Legally eligible to work in Canada

Preferred / Strong Advantage

• Experience or familiarity with sugaring hair removal
• Experience or knowledge of laser hair removal (any device)
• Basic skincare knowledge
• Understanding of treatment-room flow and client transitions
• Proven sales mindset with ability to hit revenue/membership/upsell targets

Compensation & Growth

• Hourly wage: $19.50 to $23.00, based on experience
• Performance-based bonuses tied to sales, memberships and retail
