We welcome applications from across the UK. This role can be based from any of our offices nationwide, with hybrid working available and occasional travel as required.
What you’ll do
The role involves creating and adapting visual assets across print and digital channels using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, ensuring brand consistency and quality. You’ll maintain brand guidelines, prepare artwork for internal approval, and act as the main contact for visual materials. Responsibilities also include coordinating video content with AI tools, repurposing existing materials into new formats, managing staff photography, and developing engaging content such as infographics while keeping all brand assets up to date.
Adapt and resize creative assets including imagery for use across multiple digital channels and platforms
Work from brand guidelines and Tone of Voice to ensure consistency in content
Maintain brand assets and guidelines i.e. brand toolkits for wider firm use
Prepare artwork for approval from internal stakeholders
Be first point of contact for visual printed and digital materials (Print: flyers, brochures, print adverts; Digital: asset artworking, email, social content and templates)
Coordinate the firm’s video content and make use of AI software
Coordinate the recycling and repositioning of existing content (e.g., into blogs from presentations, vodcasts and podcasts)
Coordinate the process of new joiners photos, adapting and resizing where necessary and adding to the website and marketing collateral
Develop existing and new content in a visually engaging way (e.g., infographics)
Maintain existing content by updating for starters/leavers, changes (e.g., office locations)
More about you
We’re looking for someone who is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, with experience in video editing and a strong understanding of visual hierarchy across both digital and print materials. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of AI tools and how they can be used to enhance creative workflows, along with solid technical skills including Mac OS, OneDrive and cloud storage, Microsoft 365, and the wider Microsoft Office suite. An understanding of digital and print artworking is essential, including working from spec sheets, approving print proofs, and managing DPI and file size requirements.
