Location: Brookline, MA
Compensation: $85,000–$92,000 annually
Schedule: Full-time
• 2 remote days
• Fridays 9 AM–5 PM or flexible

Role Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to serve as a Senior Clinician / Program Manager. This hybrid leadership role combines direct clinical work with staff supervision and program oversight. You'll guide service delivery, support team development, and contribute to a supportive environment rooted in recovery-oriented care.
This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys balancing client work with leadership responsibilities while maintaining a flexible schedule and a collaborative team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and family therapy, case management, and care coordination
- Supervise 2–5 clinicians, interns, or direct care staff
- Complete clinical assessments and create Individual Support Plans (ISPs)
- Help clients strengthen daily living skills, symptom management, budgeting, and vocational planning
- Facilitate one therapeutic or psychoeducational group each week
- Oversee evening program operations two nights weekly (11 AM–7 PM)
- Collaborate with outpatient providers and community partners to ensure continuity of care
- Participate in program planning, quality improvement, and team development initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work
- Active LICSW in Massachusetts (required)
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience with adults in behavioral health or community mental health
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
Schedule & Work Model
- Hybrid: 2 remote days + 3 on-site days
- In-person schedule: 11 AM–7 PM, with two required evenings
- Fridays: 9 AM–5 PM or flexible
- Remote time may be used for supervision, documentation, and telehealth sessions
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $85,000–$92,000 depending on experience
- 2 weeks of vacation + 10 paid holidays
