Maintenance Technician

Maintenance duties

· Receives work orders from Buildium and responds promptly.

· Prepare home for new move-in tenants.

· Maintains and repairs rental homes' plumbing and electrical systems, including replacing worn or defective parts such as switches. Light bulbs, garbage disposals, windows, and fuses.

· Maintains all fixtures and equipment according to the preventative maintenance schedule.

· Repair and patching of basic drywall issues.

· Ensures all appliances are working correctly.

· Provide excellent customer service and communication with tenants.

· Work with vendors and property managers as needed.

· Participate in on-call rotation

· All other duties as assigned.
