Full-Time Night Cleaning Technician – Delco

Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable Full-Time Night Cleaning Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining multiple commercial locations along a set route in (DELCO / CHESTER / BUCKS/MONTCO). This is a night shift position with predictable scheduling and a defined route.

• 901 Baltimore Pike (Glen Mills)
• 842 E Baltimore Pike (Kennett Sq)
• 105 Commons Dr (Oxford)
• 836 West Street Rd (Warminster)
• 1006 Bethlehem Pike (Montgomeryville)

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning at 7 assigned locations per night (offices, common areas, restrooms, etc.)
• Ensure each site meets company standards for cleanliness and safety
• Travel between locations along the designated route (company-provided instructions)
• Complete cleaning efficiently within 45–60 minutes per location
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or supply needs to management
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to travel between sites
• Ability to work independently during night hours
• Attention to detail and pride in your work
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and walking
• Punctuality and reliability are critical

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
