Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Software Engineer role based in Weatherly, PA. The Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications to optimize internal processes and operations. The role includes streamlining workflows, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with team members to deliver quality solutions. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's systems and contributes directly to the company's growth and success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming and software development, including knowledge of languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Experience in system design, software architecture, and coding best practices
• Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and debugging skills
• Familiarity with databases, and knowledge of SQL or other database languages
• Effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage tasks and projects in a fast-paced, on-site work environment
• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in construction services or maintenance-related industries is a plus
