Schedule:
This position is scheduled Wednesday through Saturday each week, with hours as follows:

• Wednesday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Experience in apartment leasing is required. If you possess a high degree of professionalism, a positive attitude, are willing to learn, and have strong customer service skills, we would love to set up an interview Immediate employment opportunities are available. Job Responsibilities:

• Greet prospects and qualify them by covering all criteria (ask questions; utilize completed guest cards, etc.).

• Inspect models and available "market-ready" units; communicate related service needs to the Property Manager.

• Fair Housing knowledge is a must.

• Ensure apartments are ready for residents to move in on an agreed-upon date.

• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

• Demonstrate the ability to support and contribute to the community team.

• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
