  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette skills and experience handling multi-line phone systems.
  • Prior experience in medical or dental reception is a plus but not required; familiarity with healthcare or office management software is advantageous.
