District Supervisor

Job Summary
As a District Supervisor, you will be a dynamic leader responsible for overseeing multiple operational locations within your designated region. Your role is to drive business growth, ensure operational excellence, and foster a high-performance team environment. You will develop strategic plans to optimize processes, enhance sales, and improve profitability while maintaining compliance with company standards. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple store or branch operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales, improve efficiency, and maximize profit & loss outcomes
• Supervise and mentor store managers or team leaders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
• Drive business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and expanding customer base within your district
• Oversee project management efforts to execute operational improvements, process enhancements, and new initiatives effectively
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze financial reports, and take corrective actions to meet targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards across all locations

Experience

• Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising teams within a retail, service, or distribution environment
• Demonstrated success in strategic planning, business development, and driving sales growth
• Experience managing profit & loss statements and implementing process improvements for operational efficiency
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, foster collaboration, and develop future leaders
• Prior project management experience with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on building relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders

Pay: $58, $70,909.04 per year
