The Concierge at The Catlin Hotel is the heart of our guest experience — a trusted local expert and gracious host who anticipates needs before they're voiced. This role ensures each guest feels personally seen, known, and cared for, curating memorable stays through thoughtful recommendations, seamless service, and authentic Sioux Falls hospitality. The Concierge partners with all departments to deliver effortless luxury and moments of delight aligned with The Catlin's signature brand style.

• Warmly greets and assists guests with inquiries, directions, reservations, and special requests in a professional and engaging manner.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for guest needs, delivering anticipatory and personalized service that reflects the hotel's refined yet welcoming culture.
• Provides accurate and thoughtful recommendations for dining, entertainment, cultural activities, wellness, and local attractions to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Coordinates guest transportation needs, including taxis, shuttles, and other travel arrangements.
• Manages VIP arrivals, special occasions, and personalized guest experiences, ensuring memorable interactions and attention to detail.
• Handles guest concerns and complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local events to proactively support guest requests.
• Communicates guest preferences, feedback, and opportunities to relevant departments to ensure seamless service.
• Manages packages, deliveries, and messages for guests promptly and accurately.
• Utilizes hotel systems and technology to manage guest requests, reservations, and internal communications efficiently.
