Bartender/Server

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests while serving a variety of beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Manage the bar area by maintaining cleanliness, organizing supplies, and restocking as needed.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using Aloha POS or similar systems.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for catering events and banquet services when required.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while maintaining a safe environment for both guests and staff.
• Stay updated on drink trends, new products, and menu changes.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience is preferred, particularly in nightclub or catering settings.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus for establishments that offer craft beers or specialty drinks.
• Familiarity with hospitality standards to ensure high-quality service.
