Project Manager

• Manage multiple commercial plumbing/mechanical projects from start to finish.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to confirm scope and requirements.
• Develop and control project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and work plans.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Track costs and approve invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
• Liaise with site supervisors, field crews, general contractors, consultants, inspectors, and vendors.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with Alberta Building Code, safety regulations, and company standards; promote site safety.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks, issues, and RFIs.
• Maintain strong client and GC relationships; ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
• Oversee deficiencies, commissioning, turnover documentation, and warranty support.

• 3–7+ years of Project Management experience in commercial mechanical or plumbing construction.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, drawings, and specifications.
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar).
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Own Vehicle to travel to sites.
