Position Summary: Reporting to the IT Security and Infrastructure Manager, this position is responsible for end-to-end responsibility for customer calls providing timely, reliable, and customer-service focused resolution from receiving customer calls through to resolution; for ensuring the proper functioning of user workstations, software, and peripherals, and providing on-site and remote technical support to staff across all Thrive Group locations. This position sets up user accounts, permission, and access rights, performs data backup, security, and recovery functions as assigned. Assists with the maintenance of the corporate website.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary diploma in computer sciences with basic knowledge of network and PC operating systems, including Microsoft Exchange, SQL, and SharePoint required.
- Experience of current network hardware, protocols, and standards beneficial.
- Able to manage multi concurrent projects.
- Previous experience building and maintaining web content preferred.
- Good organizational, communication and written skills; and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment required.
- After-hours work will be necessary due to project schedules, deadlines, and/or reliability issues.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle,
Job Type: Contract Part-Time (1-year)
Pay Range: $ $24.68 per hour
