Job Description

You'll help create the welcoming, high-quality shopping experience Farm Boy is known for by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized store environment. You'll engage with customers and Team Members alike, taking pride in the details that keep our store running smoothly and exceeding expectations every day. Here are some of the other ways you'll help us stand out:

  • Deliver friendly, confident, and engaging customer service that reflects Farm Boy's commitment to the best fresh shopping experience.
  • Connect with customers by sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for our products and services.
  • Greet customers and assist with carrying groceries from the store to their vehicles using Farm Boy Service Standards.
  • Take responsibility for maintaining clean and safe work, storage, and front-of-store areas, including cart retrieval, sweeping, and seasonal walkway clearing.
  • Follow all corporate policies and procedures, with a strong focus on Health & Safety, Food Safety, and proper equipment use.
  • Support store operations by assuming other related duties on a periodic basis.

  • A genuine passion for delivering engaging and exceptional customer service.
  • Retail experience is considered an asset; an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
  • The ability to work independently while maintaining strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach supported by strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fluency in English; French language skills considered an asset.
