- Excellent business communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of applicable legislation.
- Fluent in applicable software programs, as well as HRIS / LMIS systems.
- Fluent in social media with knowledge of Canva and / or other digital creation tools.
- High level of flexibility with strong interpersonal skills.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Communication, Education, or a related field.
- Three years of related experience.
- Satisfactory Police Records Check, Internal Records Check and Driver's Abstract.
- Some travel within the region required.
