YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR HOST - HOSTESS

In this full- or part-time role, you'll be the friendly face and the warm voice that greets guests as they visit or call our restaurant. You'll be responsible for keeping us organized and efficient throughout meal service by managing our wait list, handling reservations, and evenly seating guests throughout the table sections. You'll answer phone calls, respond to questions, inform guests about wait times, and provide overall quality customer service. Additionally, you'll keep our entrance area clean and help out with other hospitality duties as needed.
