Razi Orthodontics is seeking a full-time Orthodontist Assistant in Naperville, IL. We are offering $20 – $28 per hour plus bonuses.

YOUR DAY AS AN ORTHODONTIST ASSISTANT

You will assist the orthodontist to create beautiful smiles and deliver an excellent patient experience by performing a variety of orthodontic procedures such as digital scans, supporting Invisalign treatment, and maintaining patient records; you will empower patients by providing clear, friendly instructions on orthodontia and oral care while utilizing the latest orthodontic technology, you will travel between the Naperville and Wheaton offices as required, and you will collaborate with the team to contribute to a friendly, uplifting, and lighthearted atmosphere that supports learning and growth.

YOUR SCHEDULE AS AN ORTHODONTIST ASSISTANT

This is a full-time, in-office dental role with a set schedule shared between two offices (Naperville preferred and Wheaton). You will travel between locations as needed. Typical hours are Monday – Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.. Some team members work on Friday. Part-time candidates will not be considered. There are two openings.

REQUIREMENTS FOR AN ORTHODONTIST ASSISTANT

• Reliable and punctual
• Good attitude and positive personality
• Passion for patient care and a patient-first mindset
• Team player who contributes to a collaborative, supportive environment
• Willingness to learn and use the latest orthodontic technology

Experience in a dental or orthodontic office is a plus, but no prior experience is required. Personality and fit are more important
