Job Title: Customer Service Representative and Sales

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting with product selection
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery
- Maintain knowledge of company products and services to effectively answer customer questions
- Handle customer payments and process returns or exchanges/warranty
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive and efficient customer experience
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

-Ability to learn product knowledge and guidelines

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Proficient in basic retail math calculations

• Excellent problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

-Must be customer service-oriented and able to maintain a high level of professionalism

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs

-Consumer electronics experience/knowledge preferred

-Dependable, honest, punctual self-motivated, fast learner
