Accounting US, youll bring extensive knowledge and expertise in managing complex sales activities and resolving sophisticated customer issues. You will serve as a key resource within the sales team, focusing on executing and problem-solving to improve sales processes and outcomes. You will report to the Manager, Inside Sales - Tax
Accounting, Small Firms./ppWhat youll be doing:/pulliAchieve/exceed assigned sales targets/liliMeet/exceed weekly activity metrics/liliDevelop and maintain knowledge of complete portfolio of assigned products, and general knowledge of all TAA NA software offerings/liliMaintain general knowledge of competitive solutions/liliPromote value proposition of TAA NA/liliImplement strategic sales initiatives and projects/liliHandle the most complex inbound and outbound sales inquiries/liliQualify and prioritize sales leads with strategic potential/liliIdentify scope of opportunities within prospect (and customer) business structures/liliEngage Solutions Design to provide pre-sales support for demos and technical questions/liliDevelop and present comprehensive sales quotes and proposals/liliApply sales process and methods to present solutions to prospects, overcome objections and use selling techniques to close sales/liliResolve highly complex customer issues with products and services and collaborate with multiple departments for large-scale orders/liliBuild and foster ongoing relationships with prospects (and customers) to add value and advance sales/liliImplement and execute territory planning to optimize performance against quota/liliAssess pipeline and reprioritize sales activity as necessary to ensure monthly quotas can be met/liliDocument all activity in CRM application--Maintain accurate forecasting and record, analyze, and report on detailed sales activities and trends/liliMentor and guide junior associates and peers/liliOther responsibilities as assigned by Manager/li/ulpYoure a great fit if you have:/ppEducation: Bachelors Degree from an accredited college/university OR if no degree; equivalent relevant sales experience/pulli5+ years of B2B or B2G commissioned sales experience of an intangible product (Technical, software/SaaS or digital content sales)/liliDemonstrated experience with consultative sales approach, developing and qualifying prospect lists and making presentations to prospective clients to explain products and services and their relativity to client needs/liliProficiency using online presentation tools (MS Teams, WebEx, ZoomInfo etc.)/li/ulpAdditional Skills, Knowledge
