Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Aerospace Kitting Representative role located in Fort Wayne, IN. The Aerospace Kitting Representative will be responsible for organizing and preparing kits of parts for Aerospace, Manufacturing, and Defense/Commercial applications. This role involves ensuring accurate inventory control, efficient packing, labeling, following of aerospace quality procedures, and timely delivery of kits to customers.

Qualifications

• Aircraft and Aviation knowledge preferred
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and organized approach to work
• Experience with inventory management systems is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Pull and verify correct parts from inventory based on work orders or kit lists
• Accurately use the inventory management system to record part movements and updates
• Organize and maintain kitting paperwork, labels, and documentation
• Package parts securely and in accordance with quality and shipping standards
• Assemble and kit parts together based on customer or internal specifications
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of all kits before final delivery
• Excel tracking of kit order log and delivery
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
• Communicate any inventory shortages, discrepancies, or issues to the supervisor
• Assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and replenishment as needed
• Follow all safety and company procedures during handling and packaging
