BJC is hiring for an Application Configuration Support I Analyst. This position is remote, but must be located in MO or IL. We are looking for applications with some IT desktop support experience.

Partners with the CIO, hospital presidents, and other key clinical and functional leaders to effectively plan and assess BJC Information Services strategies. Analyzes ways to improve operations, and works proactively to integrate clinical, administrative, and IT solutions. Ensures ongoing support of existing IT systems to provide strong customer satisfaction. Responsible for effective project development and implementation which yield desired business results and the management of capital project scope, functionality, budgets, milestones, and workflow integration.
Preferred QualificationsRole Purpose
Assists and supports overall tasks related to a technology software product or group of products to support a defined group of stakeholders. Assists with the definition of business requirements for enhancements to technology product(s) and external integrations. Responsible for assisting with configuring, documenting, modifying, testing, supporting and maintaining software application products. Supports collaborative relationships with stakeholders to facilitate usage and acceptance of products or product enhancements. Provides non-complex solutions and resolves end-user system issues. NOTE: this position supports one or more of BJC's ERP Products Epic or applicable certifications will be required within 6 months of hire.
