Front Desk Receptionist – Pet Grooming Salon

We're a high-energy, pet-loving grooming salon and mobile grooming service looking for a dependable and upbeat Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our brand. If you're customer-focused, organized, and love dogs—this could be the perfect fit

What You'll Do:

• Be the first point of contact for our amazing clients—customer service is #1
• Schedule appointments for both the salon and mobile grooming van
• Check dogs in and out, ensuring a safe and smooth process for all clients
• Manage phone calls, text messages, and customer inquiries
• Assist in managing our social media (posting photos, answering messages, etc.)
• Help maintain the cleanliness of the salon throughout the day
• Restock retail and supply items as needed
• Support groomers and bathers with occasional help when needed (teamwork makes the dream work)

What We're Looking For:

• Friendly and professional with a passion for pets and people
• Strong multitasker who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with dogs of all sizes and temperaments
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Social media savvy is a plus
• Experience with booking software is helpful (we use Moego, but we'll train the right person)

Pay: $ $15.00 per hour
