We're supporting a
confidential search
for a senior HR professional to step into a
Number 2 HR role
supporting
three business units (350–400 employees)
within a high-quality, regulated environment.

This is a broad, hands-on HR role with real exposure to senior leadership. You'll balance
operational delivery
with the ability to
support and influence strategic people decisions
at SLT level.

What you'll be responsible for

• Acting as the senior HR partner across multiple business units

• Performance management and talent development initiatives

• Employee relations, engagement and complex casework

• Supporting SLT conversations on people strategy and workforce planning

• Delivering high-touch, high-quality HR support to stakeholders

• Partnering closely with the Head of HR and stepping up when required

• Leveraging HR systems (Workday exposure highly desirable)

What we're looking for

• Strong generalist HR background in a reputable organisation

• Background in Financial Services, Insurance or Asset Management preferred

• Confident operating in an operational HR role with strategic exposure

• Comfortable working closely with senior leaders and SLTs

• Excellent communication, judgement and stakeholder management

• Tech-savvy mindset; Workday experience is a plus

• Curious, growth-oriented and happy working across a broad remit

This role suits someone who wants
breadth, visibility and progression
