Caregiver/Housekeeper

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/Housekeeper to provide essential support to individuals with dementia. This role combines caregiving responsibilities with household management, ensuring a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for our clients.

Duties

• Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing living spaces to maintain a tidy environment.
• Support clients in daily activities and encourage social engagement to enhance their quality of life.
• Monitor clients' health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to nursing staff.
• Assist with mobility needs, including lifting or transferring clients safely as required.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a trusting relationship.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information while adhering to all safety protocols.

Requirements

• Experience not required.
• CPR certification provided.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Ability to lift clients safely and assist with mobility needs as necessary.
• A compassionate demeanor with a genuine interest in helping others improve their quality of life.
