Position Summary:
We are seeking a high-energy, motivated Sales Representative to join our team in the Triad area of North Carolina. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious, hands-on individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with contractors, engineers, and public agencies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow new business relationships with contractors, developers, and government agencies.
- Manage and expand sales of crushed stone and asphalt products across the region.
- Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and quality control teams to ensure exceptional service and product performance.
- Monitor market trends, bid opportunities, and competitor activity.
- Provide technical support and solutions to customers regarding mix designs, applications, and project requirements.
- Achieve sales and profitability goals while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in construction materials sales (aggregates, ready-mix concrete, or asphalt preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to win business.
- Familiarity with NCDOT projects and specifications is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Pay: $75, $125,000.00 per year
