Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bookkeeper located in Douglasville, GA. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and analyzing monthly and annual financial statements, managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Responsibilities include handling journal entries, processing accounts payable and receivable, coordinating annual and periodical tax compliance with tax accounting firm, corporate compliance, and utilizing accounting software to manage financial data efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Bookkeeping and experience with creating and maintaining accurate financial records
- Knowledge of Financial Statements and the ability to prepare and analyze them
- Experience with Accounting Software and managing system-based financial processes
- Understanding of Finance principles and expertise in managing financial workflows
- Ability to handle Journal Entries (Accounting) accurately and timely
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred
