Network Infrastructure Project Manager

GSD Telecom Services is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team in St. Louis, MO. This full-time role is ideal for a professional with over 5 years of experience managing infrastructure projects, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at coordinating cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules and timelines

· Lead daily project status updates and facilitate regular stakeholder meetings

· Analyze project data to track progress, identify risks, and recommend improvements

· Manage procurement activities including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and purchase tracking

· Implement and oversee risk management strategies throughout the project lifecycle

· Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

· Collaborate with IT, operations, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution

· Document and communicate project plans, updates, and outcomes effectively

· Responsible for change management

· Manage project financials for monthly reporting

Required Qualifications:

· 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure project management

· Strong understanding of PMI principles and project lifecycle methodologies

· Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore, Smartsheet, etc,)

· Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

· Experience with procurement and vendor management

· Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

· PMP or other Project Management certification (preferred but not required)

· Familiarity with BICSI standards

· Experience with Data Center Infrastructure
