Electrical Project Coordinator

About the Role

We're looking for an Electrical Project Coordinator who loves staying organized, supporting great teams, and keeping projects running smoothly. What You'll Do

• Help set up new projects and keep project files organized
• Assist with submittals, RFIs, drawing updates, and change order tracking
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, inspections, and material deliveries
• Support PMs and field teams with logs, reports, and weekly project updates
• Communicate with vendors to get pricing, lead times, and delivery info
• Create purchase orders and help track budgets and invoices
• Maintain jobsite documentation and prep closeout packages
• Keep communication flowing between office, field, clients, and subcontractors

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of construction admin or project coordination experience (electrical a bonus)
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects at once
• Solid communication skills
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word
• Experience with Vista, Bluebeam, Procore, and/or Fieldwire is a plus
• Ability to read or learn construction drawings
