Location: Eldon, MO Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.00 – $29.00/hr Hours: 40/week (Monday–Friday) 1 weekend a month on call

Dunn Property Management (DPM) is a fast-growing renovation and property management company on a mission to flip the forgotten homes of Eldon. We take dump houses and make them desirable. We don't just build — we rebuild communities.

What Makes You a Fit:

This position will handle all plumbing work across our new construction and remodel projects—from rough-ins to final, turnkey plumbing. You will be the lead plumber, not a helper, and will be trusted to own your work start to finish.

Because we also manage properties, this role includes being on-call one weekend per month for maintenance and service needs.

We are not looking for someone just showing up for a paycheck. We want a team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and pride in doing things the right way.

Basic construction knowledge is required, and the ability to help with other aspects of remodel work is a must.
