Project Manager – Division 5 Metals / Architectural Aluminum (IMMEDIATE START)

We are seeking an experienced Division 5 Project Manager for an IMMEDIATE START on luxury multifamily projects. This role manages balcony railings, stair railings, louvers, pergolas, architectural aluminum, misc metals, and light structural steel scopes from fabrication through installation.

This is a direct-hire role with a long-standing metals contractor known for quality work and repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Manage Division 5 metals & architectural aluminum packages
• Review drawings and push items through the fabrication shop (lead times, QC, sequencing)
• Oversee subcontractors, schedules, and weekly jobsite visits (1–2 hrs radius)
• Coordinate with GCs, engineers, and ownership teams
• Track RFIs, submittals, COs, AIA pay apps, and SOVs
• Ensure OSHA compliance and high-quality installation

Qualifications

• 5+ years PM experience (Division 5 or metals experience preferred)
• Experience with aluminum/steel fabrication & installation
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Highly organized and able to work under pressure
• Local to Tampa or Naples/Ft Myers preferred
• Ability to travel 1–2 hrs to jobsites weekly
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Compensation

• Base Salary: $75,000–$90,000
• Senior PM: Up to $100,000 (no training needed)
• Bonus: Up to 10% of salary
• Vehicle & Phone Allowance: $150/week
• Incentive Pay: 2% of executed change orders (up to $2,000 per CO)
