Duties

• Deliver freshly prepared dishes from the kitchen to tables efficiently, maintaining food quality and presentation standards
• Assist servers by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables quickly to ensure a smooth flow of service
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food delivery and address any special requests or dietary needs
• Handle food handling responsibilities with strict adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks when needed, including plating or garnishing dishes
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order accuracy and efficient billing processes
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and ensure all service stations are stocked and organized

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move swiftly around the restaurant environment
• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Familiarity with banquet service, bussing, or kitchen experience is advantageous
• Hospitality background including hotel or culinary experience is beneficial but not mandatory
• Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining a positive attitude

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 60.0 per week
