AI Brand Content Specialist

For our client, the leqding company in the Pharmaceutical industry based in Basel, we are looking for a AI Brand Content Specialist

Part 1: Tasks

  • Develop and create new internal brand assets using AI tools, ensuring alignment with Bayer's brand guidelines.
  • Adapt existing brand assets to meet current marketing needs and trends while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Manager and LMR to ensure all assets adhere to quality standards and receive necessary approvals.
  • Conduct regular reviews of existing AI guidance documents to ensure compliance with internal processes and standards.
  • Present creative concepts and iterations to stakeholders for feedback and refinement.
  • Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and trends that can enhance brand asset creation.

Part 2: Skillsets

  • Proven experience in using AI tools for creative design and content generation.
  • Strong understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to translate them into visually appealing assets.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance processes in creative production.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Bayer’s values and commitment to incorporating them into brand assets.

  • Deliver high-quality brand assets that resonate with Bayer’s target audience and uphold the company's values.
  • Ensure all produced creatives undergo thorough review and approval processes by the Brand Manager and LMR.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to seeking feedback and iterating on designs to achieve optimal results.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in using AI for brand asset creation.
  • Foster a collaborative relationship with internal teams to ensure alignment and understanding of brand objectives.
