In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts to move, load, unload, and stack materials within our warehouse. - Operating forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing of loads.
- Stacking and organizing inventory in designated racking systems.
- Performing daily inspections of forklift equipment to ensure optimal Safety and functionality.
- Assisting with inventory counts and stock management as needed.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, free from hazards.
- Adhering strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures, including traffic rules within the facility.
- Wearing all required PPE , such as safety shoes, vests, and hard hats.
- Managing tasks that may involve significant Lifting capabilities through forklift operation, and occasional manual lifting up to 50 lbs.
